I saw that one of my friends was speaking at a virtual webinar last weekend and the title caught my attention “Lighten your load: 6 habits to help women thrive.”
It was a really neat webinar where you got to hear from each speaker very quickly on their area of expertise.

Here is one of my favorite takeaways:
Women run on a hormonal rhythm. We cannot expect to feel the same way every day. Instead of asking “ what’s wrong with me?” try asking “ what is my body telling me?” Work with it instead of against it!
