You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just need to know what is most important to you, who can support you along the way and what you need to get there! I hope that you can walk away from this space one step closer to living and leading with authenticity and purpose!
I also want you to find what works best for you (every journey is different!) but here are a few local businesses that have helped me feel more like myself as I enter so-called “mid-life.” I always like to remind gals of all ages that we are all different flowers silly!!

Tiffany has created strong community of women rooted in faith and holistic health. I was a runner but finally embraced strength training and it changed everything!

Erin is the empowered eating expert behind Mindset Nutrition and the creator of the Mindset Method. She helped me regulate my blood sugar without medication!

If you need a little boost without the crash, Candace is your girl! I always have a tea kit on hand for fuel and treat myself to a shake when I’m able to pop by.
